*All speech and language assessments include a written report which can be used as to further access health and educational supports.

| Initial Consultation | 30 minute consultation/screening with parents/carers if an individual has not previously been seen by an SLT for assessment or treatment. *in the event further assessment is indicated cost incurred will be deducted from assessment fee | €70.00 |
| Informal Speech and Language Assessment | Typically for children under the age of 3 where standardised language assessments are not appropriate. Price includes assessment, report and recommendations. | €250.00 |
| Formal Speech and Language Assessment | Comprehensive assessment of speech and language skills. Price includes assessment, report and 30 minute follow-up consultation as required. | €350.00 |
| Individual Speech and Language Therapy Session | Direct SLT intervention | 30 min = €70 45 min = €90 |
| School Recommendations & Programme | Written programme and recommendations for school use | Fees available on request |

Tax Relief
Tax relief can be claimed. To avail of this you will need to save all receipts and complete a MED 1 Form. Revenue will require a referral letter from GP/Consulant. Contact Revenue for further information.
Cancellation Policy
ALL cancellations within 24 hours must pay full amount for session missed at the start of next session. Two missed appointment sessions may lead to discharge from Munster Speech & Language Therapy.
